Frame Sizes

Hi Guys, I bought a secondhand bike about a month ago but some people tell me the frame is to big for me, the frame is a 23" and I am 1.87m tall... What size frame would suite me best?

 

Next question as you may think is could I rebuild all the parts from a 23" bike onto say a 18 or 19" ??

Framesizes you can google. I only know my size.

You can use most of your old components on another frame. If you're lucky you can use all of them. Frame size doesn't matter.

 

What matters is things like:

Is the fd top or bottom pull?

What type of bottom bracket

etc.
