Front shock - 80mm or 100mm

My GT Zaskar came out with an 80mm Fox air fork. I want to upgrade my bike so the idea is to fit the 80mm Fox on my fiance's bike which has a Dart 2.

So now the question is: If I upgrade my fork to a 100mm, how will it affect the geomatry of the bike?

 

It seems it is becoming more and more difficult to get 80mm travel forks these days - I would like to keep it at 80mm if possible.
