Frame Upgrade

Is it really worthwhile to upgrade my frame. I am currently riding a Raleigh RC3000, alloy frame, carbon fork, full Tiagra groupset and Shimano Rs10 wheelset.

 

 

 

I can get a RC7000 full carbon frame for R4000 new, and transplant all other bits from my RC3000 across to the new frame.

 

 

 

My question is... Is it worthwhile, will it make a difference???
