Confused - changing from shimano to campy...

What is the difference between the different 10 speed campy cassettes? Will the cassettes work on record, which is more durable on training wheels?

Is there really a difference between the normal 10 speed record cassette and the record titanium cassette?

The major difference is weight.  As far as durability goes, I can't comment on the record cassette, but with Campag, you can race and train on the same stuff ... it lasts.  My Chorus chain and cassette lasted me about 25 000 km (there's no mistake on the 0's) and that mileage included some serious climbing (Col de Roseland, Col de Galibier and Alpe d'Huez).  You've made a good choice Lightweight! The titanium on the Record cassette is less durable than the steel of the other cassettes, so in general, a Record cassette will wear out sooner.

The full titanium Record cassette has all of it's sprockets made from Ti. On the normal Record cassette only the four (?) largest sprockets are made from Ti and the rest are steel.
