Toe-out seems obvious, I know, but my instict says otherwise since everyting else is in alignment.

What about the little shim behind the cluster missing? That should move the cluster over and could cause that hey?

 

That got me thinking, how does one know what thickness that spacer should be? I see that shimano has them and SRam does not?

Maybe you need to shim it there?
