Replacing spokes on tubless

I want to convert to tubeless on my mtb, especially after getting 3 punctures in Argus mtb Challenge, but would like to know what wil happen if a spoke needs to be replaced? wil i have to do the conversion over again?

You will definitally lose some sealant, bit for the rest of it - don't think so.  The rim strip can be removed and reused I believe.

9 out of 10 times the conversion can be re-used.
