Hi,

 

I'm trying to get a feel in terms of what the correcr mode to use when training on the Tacx Flow, Ergo or Slope? New to using the flow

 

Given the following training routine(s) what mode would you use?

 

                 sets      duration       watts

warm up     1         10 min         220

set1            5         30s             280

                              30s             140

 

which mode?

-------------------------------------------

 

warm up     1         15 min        220

set 1                      45 min        200

 

NB the 45min  continuous set contains a few hills

 

which mode?
