davem Posted May 10, 2010 Share Understand the the bike that will fit you best. Read up on www.slowtwitch.com Both are clearly stunning bikes that can win any race. But they may not be the best fit for you.
STF24 Posted May 10, 2010 Share i have tried to get on to slowtwitch but for some reason i cant get on the site! Pornstar Posted May 10, 2010 Share buy the Argon E 114 and then i can sell you mine at a great price, with full sram and either Zipp 808 or xentis double deep. The Argon E 114 came out 2 years ago, the P3 came out 7 years ago, just a thought

STF24 Posted May 10, 2010 Share Pornstar, why are you selling? can u give me some feedback on the bike? how heavy is the frame?
Mr Mulebar Posted May 10, 2010 Share I've owned 3 Argon's a Mercury, Platinum and Gallium and worked for the UK Cervelo importer, I would rather buy an Argon!! Newer technology, and far more integrated which pretty much equals improved aerodynamics and better quality finishing. It also looks much better than a P3!Mr Mulebar2010-05-10 10:19:
STF24 Posted May 10, 2010 Share it does look better, i agree! is it not much heavier than the p3 tho?
Pornstar Posted May 10, 2010 Share look at all the engineering that has gone into that, plus the front end is super stable due to the system integration that Argon has got going on. I have signed a new deal with a brand for road, MTB and TT so unfortunately this has to go. All TT bikes weigh about the same at around 1280g framesets, dont think there is a weight difference to speak of, but 1 bike design is 7 years old and everybody has one and one is something different and you do see many....have all sorts of wheels and groupset combo's to suit your pocket
MariusL Posted May 11, 2010 Share My 2c worth... get the Argon (and Collin's a good oke - he won't BS you). MariusL2010-05-11 01:59:
Mr Mulebar Posted May 11, 2010 Share it does look better' date=' i agree! is it not much heavier than the p3 tho? [/quote'] Weight is not really an issue with TT bikes, rather efficiency, and with the integration on the Argon it certainly is that, efficient. That being said the 2010 version of the E114 is 150g lighter than the original.
