Hi Hubbers.

Im planning on getting an indoor trainer for the cold winter mornings/evenings. Im looking for something inexpensive. Dont care about those fancy virtual rides etc.

1. What make would you recommend? (Must not be excessively noisy.

2. Does using an indoor trainer put any more stress on the bicycle components compared to an actual ride?
