Is R4000 a fair price for a 2008 giant anthem dual suspension frame?

the fox rear float shock is included!

a 2010 merida ninty six 3000 frame was sold on here beginning of the year for R6000 including rear shock

Thanx I spoke to my bike tech and he has a 2008 complete Anthem for R8000! The bike needs a new front shock and rear deraileur & shifters. So I think that is going to be a better deal. I think the guy needs money for building purposes.
