mavic freewheel service

I need to service my mavic rear hub and need to remove the freewheel hub to clean and relube the pawls.

 

I know there were a service manual at one stage at this location(http://www.mavic.com/e_upload/pdf/UserGuide_FWB_FTS_L.pdf.) but it seems mavic have taken it down.

 

anyone maybe have this pdf still or know where i can find it.

 

Alternatively some pics or direction can also help.

 

I know how to remove the axle, the casette etc. I just need to know how to take off the freewheel hub.
