1.5 Tapered Suspension

- what would the advantages be and technical aspects to keep in mind if you buy a 1.5 Tapered shock- would a Fox F32 100 1.5 tapered fit similar to the standard?

You can't fit a tapered fork with 1 1/2 inch bottom bearing to a standard frame. You can convert a tapered frame to use with a standard 1 1/8 inch fork though.

 

The advantage would be a stiffer steerer. How would you see it? You wont unless you destroy fork steerers in your everyday riding.

In other words you can make a bigger hole smaller - but you cant make a smaller hole bigger.
