Avid juicy ultimate Vs Xtr brakes

I have a set of xtr brakes and just want to know if the Juicy brakes are as good as the xtr brakes or not.

Stay with XTR - or even XT - they are both better than Avid.

 

Better stopping power and more reliable.

 

Im the wrong guys to ask if you want Avid to come out tops - bad experiance

Had both. Performance, life and adjustability similar. XTR easier to maintain in my opinion, replacement pad easier to find. Hated the taper washers on the Juicy callipers. Sure it allowes for larger range of adjustment, but the rotor should be flat, right? Would love to try the Formula R1 or Hope Mono...

Those avid brakes are the biggest s...t! I have XX on my Scott Spark RC and have problems with brakes from the start. The guys at most bike shops don't want to work on it anymore. I will sell mine at half price

My Avid Elixir's are awesome

Tried Shimano Deor...were shiat

Had ultimates, now have XTRs - prefer XTRs although Avids were easier to setup.
