Is it possible to upgrade from a 36/50T compact to a 36/53T by just changing the 50T blade.

What should be a reasonable price for the upgrade?

 

What type of 53T blade would you recommend?

 

I?m not a pro and I want to upgrade because of wear on the 50T so I have to replace the blade in any way.

Get the 11-23 cluster. Finding a 110bcd 53t blade is not that easy.
