For what it's worth I completed the survey. There are people at CSA who does a good job and cares about cycling. Unfortunately there's people there whose only mission is to enrich themselves, and sabotage things if they can't benefit.

 

Another problem is that the board is making decisions, without anyone having the knowledge required to make such decisions.
