Road Frame

So, i am in the postion of upgrading my road bike.

 

enjoyed my training for the 94.7, suffered at 94.7, but finished. so this feeling of just riding is so strong in me, that i figured may be i should upgrade my road frame.

 

I am currently riding a GT ZR3.0 (still has the triple triangle design) and its got a Tiagra groupset. not intending to change that anytime soon, as it worked fine. but just to treat myself, i want to upgrade the frame.

 

I need some advice before i buy a frame (second hand);

Budget 3-4k

aluminium or carbon

geometry etc
