My right knee has been eina since I moved from my winter LSD to high-intensity training and racing.

Shifted my cleats back ONLY 1 MM. :blink:

 

My knee is smiling.

My power feels more aligned and direct with my output effort.

I feel more in charge of my pedal stroke - rolling over nicely.

Even went back to high gear ascent training this week as I used to avoid it because of the knee pain.

Check your cleat position, Rider, if you have a similar challenge. :)
