December Riding on the South Coast

Hi to all the people in Currie Cup Country (a Sharks supporter myself)

 

I am going down to the South Coast in december like most of the other Valies but we will be staying at Natalia and I need somer advise on the routes I can ride. This is base training time for me so I will take my road bike and need to find some routes where I can do 3 to 4 hours per day.

 

Please also let me know if there are any areas I should avoid or raods that are not safe.
