Also Mountain Sanctuary for some tough, short trails and on to Breedtsnek; just over an hour's drive away (camping or cabin)

 

Or Lakenvlei just before Dullstroom in just under 2 hours drive (cabin)

 

Or Suikerbosrand but MTB trails limited, although I rode along periphery fence (by accident)

 

For really close, stay at Fountains and get to be the first one out at Groenkloof
