Servicing RockShox

Does anyone know who services Rockshox in the Sandton or Gauteng area?

Or even where I can purchase the parts. I have a Rockshox Tora U-Turn, I think its a 2006 model. The seals look a bit dodge, and the spring tensioner/cap just cracked.

 

My LBS quoted me R400 + parts, which sounds a bit steep.
