  1. Hi. There might be a firmware update on the Wahoo smartphone app.
  2. Hi still have it, will have to check where it is.
  3. Best of luck with your headset issue, seems like everyone has laid out all the problems it could be on here. This might help once you get going on the bearings: https://singletrackworld.com/forum/topic/scott-spark-workshop-manual/
  4. This is awesome, I am from PE so one day I will use this as a guide when I can head down with my bike. The only sort of trail I remember ridiing(with friends) was around William Moffett which kind of reminds me of the Spruit. Thanks everyone.
  5. Cannot believe this s***, now we have to watch out for raging cyclists too. Really hope you find this person.
  6. Hi everyone. I am looking for the right side Shimano Ultegra ST-6700 10 speed shifter. Mine stopped shifting to a harder gear last week, and I have tried the full rebuild but it is still not 100%. Not too bothered about the condition, just need the internals. Thanks.
  7. Some Lezyne goodness 🙂
  8. I also bought the Topeak D2 from Solomons in Woodmead a couple of months ago. Very happy with the functionality of the product. Works well on my front and rear shocks as well as the tires on my bikes. They had one left there as well as a new version, opted for the D2 because of the reviews online.
  9. Hi everyone. I am looking for a set of 7 speed shifters, just the rear if the front is not available. A 7 speed rear derailleur as well. Trying to help out my garden guy, what a state his bike is in. Happy to pay Thanks.
  10. Hi I have this remote from my 2014 Spark RC, which I am not going to use. You're welcome to it.
  11. Yep. It's in the classifieds.
  12. My Cannondale CAAD 10. Had this for a while now, and started riding again (both road and MTB). Starting to show this thing some love again, and just changed the seat to a Specialized Phenom after my bike fitting last week....considering I am nowhere near a racing snake....so no more Fizik Arione.
  13. Been in India for a month...thanks for this, back on the bike this weekend when I get back

    The I-Team

Wish I had seen this earlier. Motivation at its best. Won't manage your guys pace this year, starting at 735. Hoping to join the I-team next year. Good luck to you all.
  15. All to motivate me to do the race tmw. Thomson post very long, contemplating cutting it...don't have the heart.
  16. My CAAD 10. Bought it like this. Just changed the cockpit and the saddle. Still got a bit to do.
  17. Going to put mine on tonight. Havent been on the bike in a while - dying of bronchitis then went on holiday... So hairspray is the way to go then?
  18. I think I have the mt7. M Series are all microchipped. Its only R70 more than your p7 on their site.
  19. Don't be stupid. LedLenser are chip controlled. And they're multipurpose not just made for bicycles hence the AAA batteries. I have an LedLenser torch(220lumens) and one of these China jobs(1200lumens) everyone is selling now. They both work well and are both the same brightness - same CREE Led's are used.
  20. My next bike hopefully. Scott Scale 710. Claimed weight limit on the Spark is 110kg, according to my google search. Strange how people are breaking them.
  21. I also want a medal
  22. Trying this out as well. Should be good.
  23. Better put them up for sale then. I hate stinky things, esp. on my bike
  24. Arent they silicon? Yeah I guess your points are all valid. Will try them out one of these days. Also worried about about no lock on - I don't trust no damn hairspray.
  25. Ok I have the Rogues, I think they must be like 2yrs old. All the other grips I had lasted max 6mths. Just thought I would try something else because these have become very 'sticky' - apparently happens with age. Was there looking for options for my moms crutches, bought these and road bike tape to try out - the tape worked. After reading all the comments on here about how amazing these are I bought them. Why won't you ever use these ESI grips again?
