2011 94.7 challenge on a single speed

Shot for a brilliant idea... 2011 will be my 10th (94.7) and I've thought about doing something completely different instead of racing for time - unless I can find a tandem to take the wife with (yes, I am stupid enough to consider it - LoL).

 

Did a coffee-stop ride (on the FS) in 2010 and haven't had that much "fun" in a long time. Time won't matter in 2011, just as in 2010. I have the opportunity to start as early as VB (pending the new rules) or social tandems, so literally have all day to grind out that single gear.

 

Doing it on a SS MTB seems a bit too boring.
