OWS and bike routes in Cape Town

Hi, we will be hanging out in CT after Christmas for about 10 days. Are there any cycling groups out there in the Durbanville area. Can you recommend some safe routes? Also, where do you guys go and train for OWS?

There is a dedicated thread for Durbanville area rides, both road and Mtb. I'll be away till first week in Jan, but sure Airbender, MariusL and others might be around. Go and have a look under the Group rides forum.

 

Pay no attention to leet22, he's just jealous that we are so much closer to roads thats perfect for cycling and not so congested by cars.
