Well if I didn't have a problem before I most certainly have one now!

Going to give them the opportunity to try and fix things before naming as everyone has a bad day give them the benefit of the doubt. If however they don't come to the party I will happily name and shame.

I think its more than just a bad day, not doing it right but fixing it would be a bad day, not doing it right then trying to BS you by saying they are new so they will stick a bit is far more serious.

Gunge builds up on the pistons so when they are pushed back for new pads they stick if they are not cleaned before, that can cause problems. Cleaning them normally requires taking them apart and servicing them although with a bit of care they can be cleaned to a degree without taking them apart, that might be beyond the average mampara's skill set doing bike maintenance at LBS

Thank you all for the feedback. Looks like there is a fair amount for me to check when I get back home. Will try and push pads back as well as checking if the disc is true or not. Would have thought the LBS would pick this sort of stuff up!

Agreed, they are new so thought I would give them some business and a chance. Will not be returning anytime soon - except to get that wheel fixed!!

Rather go back to them and discuss the issues. If they are new and If they want to be any good give them a chance to resolve the issues, maybe the xmas volume was just too much for them. At least let them know they worked k@k and see if the man up.
