Avenir Third-Hand Cable Puller

Just got my Avenir Third-Hand Cable Puller that I bought from Amazon via Take2.co.za for R160 and decided to give some feedback on it.

Well today I got a chance to set my V-brakes and front derailurer using this tool and can without a doubt say that its been the best R160 I've ever spent on a tool.

 

Initially I was concerned that the tool would be cheap junk till I got it. Feels nice and on no play on joints you would normally see on cheaper tools. Considering that this tool is about a quarter of the price of the Park Tool 4th Hand Hand, I expected it to be "cheap".

 

End of day tool does the job and I cannot see why I would need the Park Tool version.
