Most people are quick to hurl abuse at stores for bad service so i just wanted to post the awesome service i received from the new cycle lab in boksburg yesterday. It wasnt anything hectic, needed some new tyre sealant, was looking for stans specifically, tried 3 LBS` before going to the cycle lab (always thought cycle lab was supposed to be crazy expensive) not only were they the cheapest by far, but they also chucked the my new tyres onto my wheels and cleaned them up nicely (and used there own stans sealant in my tyres)- for no extra cost so my new bottle is still full Thanks Chris, you guys will definatley be my FIRST stop next time

Perhaps I need to open my eyes and pay a closer attention when approaching the K90 centre. How far is it from GP Models and the Virgin Active Gym?

Perhaps I need to open my eyes and pay a closer attention when approaching the K90 centre. How far is it from GP Models and the Virgin Active Gym? It's opposite the model shop and close to VA. It faces west about two or three shops down from the butcher.

scotty Posted January 5, 2011 Posted January 5, 2011 (edited) I spin at the K90 VA and often pop in there to browse and buy, staff are friendly and helpful, prices overall reasonable and can be compared to other LBS's in the area. They can do a lot more about marketing their shop as unless you enter the K90 area, you wont know they're there. Edited January 5, 2011 by scotty

I have known Werner for over 6 years, first sold me a bike in 2005 and then my current bike in 2007. Very decent and has always been willing to Help with the 'impossible'.He is on the Hub as 'Werner Kotze'. I will be sending him all your feedback, as I know he has only had that Store open for 6 weeks and will need all your feedback. CheersDavid
