Im looking for some crankskins/protectors for a Trvativ Noir carbon crank.

I think Tarmac was busy a while back sorting out some sets made out of 3M type adhisive plastic.

Could someone please give me an idea of where to find some or even a DIY option.

Thanx

Vinny you will only be able to protect against shoe rub, BBB makes strips that you can cut to a size you need 50-100 bucks, but the 3M option from builders might be cheaper.

Protecting the bottom of the crank...carbon area around the pedal hole is going to be tough and that is where most of my cosmetic damage is...dont think a skin will protect the knocks it takes there

Thanx Rouxtjie,

I`ll take a look at it.

You still happy with your Zula? You just got the jump on me for that one - but I got mine a bit later.

Want to keep it looking good!

Zula is lekker bike, no regrets man, my next bike is another zula fo sure

It's the only kuk thing about the noir cranks they pick up scratches quickly because of the gloss finish, I have one so I know.

Yamaha in Centurion.

Ask for sheet of clear M3 protective material.

I think they sell it in 1mx1m strips and you can cut it to size.

Works like a bom. I even use it on my chainstay!
