I got 5:55 for the same distance at 336 watts.

 

For OKW (from the left turn to the end)was 9:25 for 3.687 kms at 306 watts.

Squeaked under 6 minutes up there in training.. not sure about the race but Shan, John, Stuart, Clive and a couple others gapped me by just over 50 metres up there.

I was so poked by the time i got there that i managed to grind out 6:40 or so... I have also done 6 mins in training but not after the TT from Simonstown and the pulls round the back of Red hill Triangle and Smits

RSAWeb did well.. must be nice to have a concrete plan that comes together. Somehow the tactics in SV seem a bit more scrappy.. maybe because the level of ability is more uneven across the field.

A plan is only as good as it's execution...so yeah RSAWEB are dialing it in!

 

I would love to win races, but um the Cobra is not my Forte... I had a job to do and am pleased that once mine was done my boys took care of their end of the bargain
