Hi all

I recently upgraded from a Specialised Rockhopper Hardtail to a Giant Anthem Duel Susser. I am struggling with the seat height. I tried to match the seat height to my old MTB but obviously when I sit on the bike it obviously sinks under my current overweight state (soon to be solved). Would I therefore need to make the seat higher to compensate for the sagging effect of the rear suspension????

Thanks

Strange .... most 'new' FS designs don't work like that (i.e. seat height doesn't change by suspension changes ....)

Or am I wrong Hub ekspets?

Nope, all you need to do is to measure from the Crank to the top of the seat of the old bike and apply that to the new bike provided you have the same length cranks.

You are right and the Giant anthem the front triangle is solid and the suspension only work on the back.thus from Pedal to seat it is solid
