somehow I ended up in the elite ladies group starting at 05h30!?. (my number is one of those % signs)

 

not sure how this happened, I am really at the tail end recreational D group rider!! apart from still sleeping at 05h30 if i start with them i will make a toffee of myself. how do i get this changed or can i just start with any later group, and if so which group, i usually do the fast one avg at 30-32ks/h. 94.7 i was H or K i think
