I think the techs are arrogant and the general vibe there is what the F&^GH are you doing here. I road my Mountian bike on a Saturday and was just playing around in the MTN park, I fel and buckled my wheel badly! So I came to work and contacted cycle lab, they said they couldnt help me because they where to busy! It was urgent because I was riding a race the following day!I begged and asked if they could just have a look and see if it can be a quick fix! the person whom I spoke with said they would contact meback! I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE CALL! they have a great facility, but it doesnt help if your customer service is up to CR#! Unfortunelty Im not one of the lucky few to have spare wheels, so that evening I went on to you tube and searched how to fix a buckled wheel, i grabbed pliers and sat for 2 hours trying to sort out the buckled wheel! Didnt get it 100%, but I could ride! So now I associate this bad experience with them!
