Tacx T1925 and now what....

So I finally got myself the Tacx T1925 PC Upgrade Kit for my Flow trainer and hooked everything up. Everything looks quite spiffy and decided to Calibrate the brake.

 

The PC told me to start cycling at 30kph, no problem, I go big blade/small blade and go like I stole it only to see that my speed is 1.4kph on the computer.

 

Thinking my Flow unit is busted I reconnected the original head-unit just to see everything is working perfectly.

 

Has anyone ever come across this problem? It's not rocket science to connect everything (unless someone proves me wrong). I tried both TTS2 and TTS3 and they both do exactly the same.

 

I will probably try and connect it to my teammate's Flow unit just to see what happens there but I thought I'll ask the question anyway.
