I have a 10spd DA groupo on my bike with Mavic Ksyrium ELite wheels.

 

Last week the brakes started squeking, so this weekend cleaned the sides of the rim with some thinners and sandpapered the brake pads. From Sunday and this mornings rides it would appear as if the bike is not braking as it use to. Any suggestions? Should I replace the pads?
