Morning forum,

 

I thought I could consult you guys about a problem I been having with colics, while training.

I been experiancing them for quite some time now, and gradually from training session to training session they get less intense, last shorter etc etc... but they still occur...

I find that it usually happens when I drastically change pace i.e downhill followed shortly by an uphill...

 

I tried consulting uncle google with no real solutions out there,

How do you guys fight it? (if anyone of you get it)

What are the root causes?

Preventative measures I can take?
