Cape Epic Teammate Wanted

Blew my knee out this past week. I'm attempting to find a replacement for my teammate.

 

• Willing to negotiate on entry price.
  
• Teammate is looking to finish in top half of overall field.
  

If a suitable teammate is not found, guess I will have to suck it up and hope the knee heals in time for the Epic. Please contact me if you are interested at .

I'm back in. It wasn't all the sand riding. It was improper cleat adjustment on my road bike and sitting on my butt all day at work. Bottom line, hips were tight when I started riding after work, the lack of cleat float on my road bike did not allow my bottom part of the leg to pivot the way is should. The physio identified it and I have not been on my road bike since.

 

Not sure if I will have the fitness as I lost a good 3 weeks of critical training, but I was able to do three 4.5 hr rides and one 5.5 hr ride this past week, back to back. So maybe I will be ready.
