Cape Town Groups

I am looking for groups to join on weekends and sometimes in the week for long rides in Cape Town, roadbikers. I am new to Cape Town, Tamboerskloof and not sure how to get to know about groups and were they start. Can somebody point me in the right direction, mailing lists from cycling groups etc.

What areas? Look under "Notice Board, Group Rides" there is a lot of action.
