Does anyone here have experience with changing the bearings in the Powertap SL + rear hub, freewheel body and front hub?

I think I can see how it is done but unsure of a couple of things

Any suggestions on bearings? Some people recommend stainless steel bearings. I believe the standard bearings they come with are cr@p
