Hi, We have started planning a bikepacking trip in Europe and one of the big questions at the moment is our bikes. As we both ride full suspension, the packing space may be a bit limited but it seems there are some decent builds out there. Any experience on full suspension bikepacking builds in the forums? The racks Thule offers seems to be a good idea, not sure if it will handle the load with the occasional single track we wish to do. https://thulestore.co.za/thule-pack-n-pedal-tour-rack The alternative is to build proper touring bikes, but that may have some serious budget consequences and will limit our trail time.

I reported one such ad last week to gumtree. They responded that they will block the poster and that I should be wary of these type of ads. The thing is, that these guys post the same ads on so many different numbers and email addresses. Im sure some kind of filter system can be developed, much like the one that filters out spam email.

So I saw these plans on building a unicycle out of old bike parts I have a few spares in the garage from old mountain bikes and bmxes. I was wondering if anybody has tried building one? I have a Rockshox Sid SL. When it compresses it makes this squishy sound, like wet shoes.... or something Is this normal? The guy at the bike shop said that airshocks make that sound.
