i agree with shaun231, i swopped from the standard shimano and got a set of ksyrium sl's and it made heaps of difference on suikerbossie.

so true.. as a newbie i would love to get hold of such material.. we are 4 friends that have taken up cycling about 5 months ago we did the burger and the argus and there is no such material available.. if there is can some one direct people to it??

where do you check time?

i am 1.79 and bridge cycles in ct recommended a 56 to 58 depending on frame..
