Hi Guys, I bought a secondhand bike about a month ago but some people tell me the frame is to big for me, the frame is a 23" and I am 1.87m tall... What size frame would suite me best? Next question as you may think is could I rebuild all the parts from a 23" bike onto say a 18 or 19" ??

Sounds to me there is only one thing wrong with those legs... They aren't around your neck.. right? Hahaha

Damn!!! I better skill up!! Had a lot of these when I was jonger... don't think I'm upto a fall like any of the above anymore...

I greet everyone that I pass while I am on my bike, even people walking next to the road... Eigther you are friendly or not? It depends on you dude?

I am thinking of pimping my frame, at the moment it is balck blue and red, I want to sandblast the back areas which will make the from blue, red and silver... What I actually want to know... Will the frame pic up rust? Aluminium does not pic up rust right?

Not much to say except.. What a douchedag! Do you really think our goverment needs another license to sell? This is a job for the police! I grew up in a small town and if you drove over a stop or did not stop still as you were supposed to you got a fine. I myself suffered paying a fine of R400 back in ("around") 1988... Have never skipped a stop on my bike since then...

This is my new "secondhand" bike that I picked up on gumtree... Shimano deore groupset, Judy Rockshock, Bontranger Tires, Rims and handles.. Not as glamorous as the bikes I usually see on the hub but my first MTB in years and it rides like a dream...

Does someone know why I get a insufficient permissions when I try to add a pic of my new bike...?

It is probably not a great bike that I bought eigther but I am sure that it will be fine for the starting phases of MTB'ing... I used to ride a Canondale R900 racer and swiched to MTB'ing for a bit more of a thrill.... The new bike is a Trek 4500... Do anyone know for how much they usually go...?

Hi guys, I just bough a secondhand MTB is in great shape, was this the right thing to do... People tend to ask why did you go second hand? I'm not an experienced MT Biker and will probably go secondhand when I upgrade again.. Is this the right route?

I borrowed by bike to my brother and on return my Rockshox Judy TT has a missing "cap" on the top right hand side... (if you look at the bike from the front...) will this affect the shock as it seems to be fine and can this be fixed? Thanks a lot in advance Acidfreak2009-11-19 07:32:54
