just did last race of the western cape season (road) so now just a little allowance for some down time (no more than seven days, ever) then back on the road and back in training. Our next race is 10 jan Olympic cycles road race) So will be on my bike by sat morn and planning next two weeks of training. how your riding going around this time of year Kieran?

dear dirt*girl. i am very sorry. please accept my humble apologies. after a few beers your name just caught my imagination and then i let this keyboard get the better of me. yesterday, on the way to work, i thought oh my #### what the hell have i gone and done done now - but thank holy joe you have a sense of humour or i may just have been getting death threats, or bad vibes, or, even wishes of many, many punctures and crashes. and of course you are a mountain biker. but is'nt that kinda like an off-the-road roadie?

anyway as a hubber rookie how do you pm? and seriously i am just being - well trying to be entertaining towards dirt*girl. cause i think that any one wohe likes the kind of music she does should be challenged to race. just not sure if she a roadie or a mtbr? not stalking just trying to make conversations...
