  1. Your image links are returning an error..
  2. Legally, a rates clearance certificate should have been provided to the transfer attorneys before transfer would have been allowed to take place.. Contact them, get the rates clearance certificate and then march down to the municipal office to have them correct the matter.. I had this before, though it was with a prepaid electricity meter, where they deducted half of whatever I paid towards units, to the previous owners debt.. I didn't even bother with asking transfer attorneys for rates clearance certificate, just went to the municipality and they corrected it, adding a credit for the money they deducted from me towards previous owners debt..
  3. Hikvision/ezview is really what you want to look at.. also, if you can get IP cameras, that's where you will get the best quality.. I have some hikvision IP cameras connected to a NVR with a 4TB hard drive.. this gives me around 3 weeks worth of history, for 6 cameras, recording continuously.. Some of the biggest things to look at: Night time quality: dark fighter tech from hikvision is really good here Lens size: this determines both field of view or the horizontal angle of field the camera will capture as well as the distance at which you could make out a face.. a larger lens size will allow more details to be captured at a greater distance but, also narrows your field of view.. careful consideration should be given to lens size, depending on placement and area to be covered and level of detail needing to be captured at specific distances.. My models specifically come with some good features and motion capture alert notifications.. even goes as far as being able to ignore specific areas for movement, say like a tree that might blow in the wind etc.. also can set a line, which when crossed would trigger an alert notification.. so draw the line on your fence for example, and if someone jumps over, alert is triggered.. Cameras and NVR came to about 10k, not including cat6 cable and sundries for installation..
  4. I have a smaller hip pack that I use when I take my commuter bike out and it's fine in terms of sweat, hence why I am looking for one for my mountain bike too..
  5. Yeah, this seems a good option..
  6. The uswe zulo 6 looks like a decent size, this zulo 2 is small.. considering the price for the evoc, it's also on the small side.. Leatt has hip packs too, though none of the local places seem to carry it..
  7. I like carrying whatever I may need for trail side repairs with me, along with some snacks and hydration.. I have a camelback rogue and it does what I need it to do.. however, I don't like how it makes my back sweat etc.. So the next best thing would be a hip pack.. I have not had much like with a variety available here though.. best i have come across, in terms of space, is an Osprey branded one from sportsmans warehouse.. If you have one, where did you buy it or where else can I look..?
  8. If you get a dash cam specifically, the cable is generally long enough to allow for it to be routed around the windscreen top and behind the trim in the A pillar to the outlet..
  9. Bulldozer..?? You had me excited, then I see it's a backhoe..
  10. Xiaomi and transcend would be good choices.. can personally vouch for Xiaomi, as I have the previous version to the one you have linked and it's been working for almost 4 years now.. transcend is always in the top 10 or top 5 lists of you look around the web for reviews etc.. The hikvision I cannot say.. I think they have only recently entered the dash cam market, though they have been doing CCTV for ages, so I would be surprised if they made a terrible dash cam.. Edit: important point.. don't skimp on the SD card.. overwrites of recordings will happen and this will be more frequent depending on the quality you record at as well as the size of SD card.. look for SD cards specifically geared for video recording or high io operations.. I personally have a SanDisk card geared for video recording, which is almost as old as the dash cam now.. the first one was a big standard Samsung SD card which was kaput after 3 months..

    Fibre Info

Definitely get the fibre.. lowest latencies, better experience and you are guaranteed to get your chosen package line speeds 100% of the time.. that is of course, if Vodacom looks after their infrastructure properly, which is something I can't comment on.. As for rain 5g, you are not guaranteed full speeds all of the time, even when the network is 100%.. just the nature of the technology.. there are also tons and tons and tons of complaints with slow speeds on rain and this is probably due to massive subscriber growth and massive strain on their network.. You should also not be restricted to Vodacom as your ISP, they may be the fibre provider but, they are open access, so you are able to choose any ISP.. that is of course if you are not in a complex or estate of some sort, that may have entered into agreement with Vodacom who locked the complex/estate to only be allowed to use Vodacom as ISP.. Personally, if you are not locked into Vodacom as ISP, I would recommend cool ideas: https://coolideas.co.za/ftth-products/ Check their coverage map, where you can enter your address and confirm if you are able to order a package through them.. that may be a good indication whether you are able to choose any ISP you wish..
  12. The flex you see in some of the carbon frames sends a chill down my spine..
  13. They are both exactly the same thing and ticks all your boxes, well in terms of hp anyway.. Your only question left, is whether or not you want to pay the extra money to get an extra inch of screen real estate..
  14. You may only be referring to clothing but, your argument does not make sense.. not to me anyway..
  15. The same is true for your car, or your bicycle etc.. You are advertising the brand of whatever product you have bought, irrespective of their cost, for free..
  16. Ah, so sounds like you are doing it for fun.. in that case, hucking to flat can put tremendous strain on your body.. I have read about guys who now have wrist/ankle/back pain and one who have had to have their ligaments to their ankle reattached.. You have some good travel already and it will handle bigger Huck's but, I would say be more careful of the strain on your body..
  17. How high is the drop, how forgiving is your suspension.. I would let my back wheel drop down first and take the brunt of the impact.. way more forgiving than landing both wheels flat, where you are way more likely to snap the steerer or steerer tube connections..
  18. Sounds like a screwy controller board..
  19. The OTP you signed with agency 2, was it also signed by the seller..? If so, you now have a binding agreement for a sale at 1.85 mil.. however, the OTP, should, have a section dealing with the seller being able to accept a higher offer subject to a cooling off period and or any suspensive conditions as stipulated by yourself, such as bond approval and or the sale of your existing property.. This clause may also be worded differently though, each OTP would be slightly different..
  20. Home issues being what specifically..?
  21. Try as you might, try as you may, that can NEVER be forgotten or unseen..
  22. Will certainly add a new spin to the two-girls-one-cup video... (Don't Google that, if you have never seen or heard of it.. you have been warned, seriously..)
  23. I'll start.. I help with any I.T related support needed.. Sales, repairs etc.. Cape Town area..
  24. Cane Creek released a version of this in 2018 again..
