Went for a run last night,damn legs a dead this morning ....but what doesnt kill me makes me stronger.....or I like to think so.

Meant drink red wine night before....

Read most of the post,my old man doing his 23rd this year I am doing my 3rd, golden rule drink a lot of good red wine before the race and race hard,managed 3 sub 3 hours.

Tesco Express, pj's and slippers for that late night craving...try and stop me.

Ride there often, I agree about doing a bunch ride and intimidate them for a change.
