When converting from 26er large frame bike to 29er, can you now move to a med size 29er frame or does the geometry pretty much stay the same for the rider? I`m talking dual suspension bikes.

If you`re lazy its easier to spend money than lose weight.

TGIP, i dont have all the answers bud but one thing is for sure, there is no agreement amongst us wich is caused by religion. People interpret the bible instead of waiting for God to reveal things through His word and if you dont spend time in His word interpretation is what happens. Just carry on trying different things and products, eventually you will get something that works for you. It could take months though, in my case years. Products change all the time but if you want to keep it really simple use as much fruit as possible. Yes, you also need complex carbs but theres more nutrition in fruit than we actually know.

Sias is quite right except next year`s entry is 30k. Better to take premium package, tents and food ok i suppose but good nutrition and proper rest absolutely vital. more importantly are good shorts/bibs. Assos, Giordana recommended but will set you back another R1500 a pair, go with at least 2 pairs. Look at spending another 1-2k on spares(gear cables, chain?, spokes etc.) Photo package came at R700 this year. And dont forget that you will use 3 chains, at least replace 1 chainring and need a proper service before during and after epic. All ads up but if costs arent a problem it certainly is a great experience!
