So you think we should be yielding for people entering a freeway even though im driving at over 100km/h and they are entering at 60km/h? Im confused a bit by what youre saying

Since when was it ok to not yield for the drivers already on a freeway/ hi-way. This is just plain stupid behaviour and dangerous driving. Twice today on the way into work I had idiot drivers that do not think that people already on the motorways have right of way and that they must not yield or let alone slow down. It doesn't mean speed up to try make a small gap forcing me into the fast or next lane.

Do some gym training, light weights, other cardio exercises as well. As with any sport & training your body becomes used to it pretty quickly so you need to vary your training. Ive found that since ive been doing this Im also able to shift the weight quicker as well, and keep it off( try swimming, rowing exercises, cross trainer, stair climber, squats & lunges, core training as well) My hill clinmbing has improved leaps & bounds because of it

Those funky light thingies are Swarovski Crystals, at over a 1000 pounds each. The trophy is a scaled down "model" from the Disney movie "Cars", that at Euro Disney. The Mobile phone, was also a working "model"

They are just some of the things I made/conceptualised/designed as a modelmaker. They are either works of art, sculptures, working models, or furniture. Would you like to know anything else - That is no specific airplane wing it was a sculputure myself and my team did for Swarovski Crystals.
