Nope, he fell back - I had been on his wheel up the hill- patted me on the arse and said "you go". I thought that was the mark of a humble champion. Neither of us had any doubt as to who was the strongest rider.

Can I fit a Medium cage X0 derrailleur if I run a 11 - 34 ratio, or will I need a long cage ? In any event, what it the functional difference between a Long and Med Cage ? I suppose the long will snag easier, but will the shifting be any different? Thanks a lot Miguel
