Yes, they be crosstrail - not big Mavic fan but so far they seem very good, could loose some more weight if i change them.

That coil shock has SPV, so takes air on the top and feels like hard tail but takes the bumps etc. Seems that is the way the bikes are now seat tube shorter and then they give you a 400 seat post!

So after some building and waiting, still want to get a KCNC seat post that should drop weight some more but as is here 10.5kg.

So after 3 nights of cutting and cutting i managed to get 2/3 of the post out the bit that was stuck is still in there but have dropped to the botom, so now i can insert a new post but has to be 300mm long max for her leg length! Mine was a bigger problem since the seat tube was all the way in, so on a full hack saw blade i could only hold onto less than 100mm if i wanted to cutt all the way down. Some tips, Make sure you cutt all the way thru the tube before trying to curl it with pliers. I had to cut mine into 1/4's , to help get it loose. Don't rush things, work on it over a couple of nights! but now i can use it again.!

Looking to change my cranks to 2x9 (9x2) Have M970 XTR and Truvativ Stylo's So would like to know, who makes a chainring for the above for a 40/28 setup for the above and what else do i have to consider?

Found some software to compliment and help with training. Try, SportTracks - very nice and Free - go to the forum and download the plugin for Training this adds lots more. Includes some training programs. MotionBase - web based just need to register, both have more detailed maps.

The problem i have with the Game, etc. is they are Isotonic so they draw water thus making you want to drink more - on the shorter races these are fine but the longer ones it makes you blowted and tend to flush your kidneys...!! ??
