Thanks for your input. I currently ride a L Silverback Sido. Haven't felt uncomfortable on it but also haven't really tested a M before.

83cm inseam. Don't know saddle height.

My height is well within the medium frame size at 175cm but leg length in the large zone. Intend to ride XC marathon more than anything. Looking at purchasing 2022 Silverback Stratos CF Pro. Any suggestions on which size frame would be best?!

I am 47 years old. I currently ride about 7 hours a week. I completed one 45km race recently at an average speed of 17.5km hour with 830m elevation gain. So that's my fitness level at the moment. I played squash for a long time and recently took up cycling to avoid knee problems. I have been roped into committing to the 3 towers race in September but was wondering if that is going to be too much to get ready for in only 3 months?

How long does it take with reasonable weekly effort to get fit enough to complete a 70km a day 3 day Mtb race? I have only been cycling for about 6 months. Any advice would be appreciated.

I'm just looking to have a bit of fun and not be too serious at this stage. I see the specs on the Surface look pretty good for the price. Is the bike a bit heavy at 14+kg though?

Wanting to buy my first bike. Both in my price range but not sure which to go for. My height is 178cm. The Sido 3 I can get is a large and the Slider is a medium fame. Any advice would be much appreciated.
