  1. Thanks but long out of warranty indicated by Wahoo support and another Ikhambi representative has notified me my only other option is to send it to the USA to get repaired as mentioned earlier on the thread but if you believe you can still help out. I’ll gladly log a support ticket.
  2. Yea so I am way outside of the one year warranty so wahoo came back with a polite "not my problem" and ikhambi says my only option is to send it to the states to get repaired🙃
  3. Hi On Saturday I switched on my bolt for the second time after CTCT last week and went out riding. It went off about 10 minutes in and I was left abit confused because I had about 70% charge on it before I left home. Tried force rebooting.and their other troubleshooting options with no luck. I can only assume it was water damage from last week because some guy I spoke to on Chappies yesterday also said his packed in also after last week(though with an IPX-7 rating last week should have been a walk in the park). Anybody else having the same issue?
  4. Hi I'm pretty sure there isn't a thread on this but anyway to get to the point. So obviously most people are familiar with the concept of block periodisation but if you're not a period of 4 weeks of training where the first week is usually around 5 HIIT sessions and the following three weeks is essentially easy with 1 HIIT session. So basically a stage race and then three weeks of (Here's a link to one of several Dylan Johnson's block periodisation. He goes into extensive detail about it and studies to back it) My question is: "Have you given it a go and if you have how much of an improvement percentage wise have you seen to your numbers?' (just trying to gauge percentage range of progress from it and hear some experiences of people who make use of it)
  5. can this program use speed and cadence sensors to produce power like zwift?
  6. Well this Saturday was great in CPT to waking up to 50-75km/h winds. I decided to not take my chances going out early. With my fellow club members who went windsurfing on their 50mm wheels. I went out later when it calmed down bit. I got pushed out of the bike lane a couple of times and almost went horizontal on my 20mm wheels. I was told a few days ago to ride deep sections in CPT, one must be really stupid or brave so I was wondering whats your best wheel combo (22mm, 36mm,80mm )for Cape Town's wind and weather?
  7. Thank you . Just testing the water was wondering. Sounds and typed in similar manner to someone I know..... I wonder????
  8. Sorry I cant seem to find much reviews on the Venta and was wondering Would this lean more to the race side or endurance side of Basso. Very curious on how this would race considering this geometry nowadays is considered much more endurance based. Would it be more like a scott cr1 to the scott addict like sort of a predecessor?Does it share any features with the diamante?Thank you

  11. Thanks everyone. For the suggestions. I'm going to THE PPA Junior Academy in Sept so I want to look "pro" because I currently run a 2014 steel bike which is too small for me and the slowest guy from the selection. Also I'm too young for DC so just DC training rides unfortunately.
