The Namibian MTB XC season kicked off with a race at Okapuka ranch just outside Windhoek. Namibia has been suffering from a terrible drought for the last couple of years, so the very good rains of the last two weeks was so welcome. Made for a very muddy and sticky race!
I do - I have different FTP's on the trainer and on my MTB. The ease of doing this with intervals.icu was one of the major reasons I moved away from the Elevate add-in for Chrome.
